Welcome to Clear AI Label. By accessing or using our website located at https://clearailabel.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Permissible Use of In-Browser Utilities

Clear AI Label provides client-side browser utilities designed to inspect, verify, and manage file container metadata (including C2PA Content Credentials, XMP namespaces, EXIF tags, IPTC blocks, and PNG text chunks) in supported image, PDF, and video formats.

  • License: We grant you a free, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our web utilities and educational documentation for personal, editorial, photographic, and commercial workflows.
  • Ownership & Authorization: You represent and warrant that you are the creator, copyright owner, or authorized licensee of any media file you load into the browser utility.
  • Regulatory & Ethical Compliance: You agree not to use the Service to infringe third-party intellectual property, remove copyright management information (CMI) from works you do not own in violation of 17 U.S.C. § 1202 (DMCA), create deceptive non-consensual synthetic media, or violate applicable transparency laws such as Article 52 of the EU AI Act.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The source code, binary parsers, design system, original technical guides, and graphics of Clear AI Label are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You retain 100% ownership of the media files you process in your browser.

3. Third-Party Platform Independence

Clear AI Label is an independent engineering and publishing project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Threads), ByteDance (TikTok, CapCut), Adobe, Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Leica, Sony, Canon, Nikon, or Pinterest. All third-party product names are used strictly for technical interoperability and educational commentary.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL CLEAR AI LABEL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM ALGORITHMIC DECISIONS.
