Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 20, 2026 • Effective Date: October 20, 2026 • GDPR, CCPA & Google Consent Mode v2 Compliant
At Clear AI Label (accessible at https://clearailabel.com), your privacy is our core architectural principle. This Privacy Policy details how we handle user data, our 100% client-side zero-upload processing architecture, our cookie and consent practices, and how third-party advertising partners like Google AdSense operate on our website.
1. Zero File Retention: Client-Side Processing Architecture
Unlike traditional online media converters or cloud metadata scrubbers, Clear AI Label does not upload your files to any remote server.
- When you drag or select an image (JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, HEIC), PDF, or video, all binary parsing, EXIF stripping, XMP packet removal, and C2PA JUMBF segment deletion take place entirely within your browser's local sandbox memory (using HTML5 Canvas, FileReader, and JavaScript TypedArrays).
- No copies, thumbnails, GPS pins, or metadata extracts are ever stored on or transmitted to Clear AI Label servers. Once you close your browser tab or clear the queue, the memory buffers are immediately garbage collected by your local operating system.
2. Google AdSense, DoubleClick DART Cookie & Consent Mode v2
We use third-party advertising companies, including Google AdSense, to serve advertisements when you visit our website. These companies may use information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
Google Advertising Policies & Cookie Disclosures:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites on the Internet.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Users may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google's Ads Settings or by clicking "Cookie Preferences" in our site footer to switch to "Essential Only".
- Alternatively, you can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info or the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org.
- For more information on how Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps, please read Google's official guide: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
3. Log Files & Web Analytics
Like standard web hosting infrastructures, Clear AI Label utilizes standard server log files. The information collected by log files includes anonymized Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and version, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamps, referring/exit pages, and click counts. These logs are not linked to any personally identifiable information and are used solely for security monitoring, trend analysis, and uptime diagnostics.
4. EEA, UK & Swiss User Rights (GDPR & IAB TCF)
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, you have statutory data protection rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR):
- Right to Access, Rectification & Erasure: Request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data submitted via our support channels. (Because media files are processed 100% locally in your browser, we hold zero media files on our servers.)
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw or modify your cookie and ad personalization consent at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in our website footer.
- Right to Object & Restrict Processing: Object to processing performed under legitimate interest or direct marketing.
5. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA) Disclosures
Under the CCPA and CPRA, California residents have the right to know what personal data is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Clear AI Label does not sell personal information or user media files to third parties.
6. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Clear AI Label does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through our contact channels, please contact us immediately and we will promptly purge such records.
